1. Do you ship your dresses worldwide?
Yes,we do.We can ship our dress worldwide but only free shipping to US and Canada unless you buy more than a certain amount.
2.When can i receive my order?
Nomorally,we need 7-12 working days to customize your dress and then 3-7 days to deliver it to your location.For some special design,we may need 10 working days for customizing,for some remote area or country like Russia,we may need 8-15 days for delivering as we have to choose EMS as the carrier in case of the custom fee.
3.How much should i pay for the shipping?
For deliveries to US or Canada,we offer free shipping if you buy more than $150,for deliveries in other country,you need to pay us $22 as shipping fee unless you buy more than a certain amount(the amount depends on your location)
4.How can i pay?
We accept paypal,western union and credit card.We prefer paypal and western union,if you pay by paypal or western union,we will send you beautiful gifts as a thank.And if you order a bulk and pay by western union or paypal,you can contact our customer service for special discount at weddingdressesselling@hotmail.com

6.Can you make the dress according to the pictures I send?
Sure,our factory specialized in this line for more than ten years.We can make the dress for you if you send us the pic of the dress you like.First,pls send us the pic of your dress,the detailed the better,
we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible then we will ask you for a reasonable price including shipping cost.We promise we will make the dress at least 95%alike the pic you send to us.
7.Can i change my order information after sending information email?
It is OK.You can contact our customer service at weddingdressesselling@hotmail.com. We will try our best to make the alteratin for you if possible.
8.Can i cancel my order and change for another after payment?
Sure,if you want to change your order,pls contact our customer service at once,if your dress hasn't been made we will change the dress directly for you,if not we will also try our best to help you to work it out~!
9.Can i get a discont when i order in bulk?
Sure,we offer special discount for our repeat customers and big buyer.If you pay by paypal or western union,we will offer you 5% if you buy more than $500,10% if you by more than $700,15% if you buy more than $1500,these discount not suit for orders pay by credit card.
If you pay by credit card,we will offer you 5% if you buy more than $1000,no discount for order under $1000.
10.How can i keep in touch with my dress after i pay?
You can contact our customer service if you have any question at weddingdressesselling@hotmail.com. We will keep in touch with you,and when we finish making your dress and send it out we will send you the tracking number then you can track your package by yourself.
11.What should I do if I never received the shipment?
Please contact our customer services first.After we send out your order,we will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address! After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer will also track the items online frequently to avoid the unaware troubles in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will deal with them ASAP. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have provided incorrect information when finished the order form.Of course we will help you to solve this matter with no hesitation.
12.If the dress is the wrong size can i get a refund?
Before our factory begine product your dresses,we will sent a email to you to make sure the "size" is what you want!So if we make a wrong with the "Size", you can get a refund!But if it is your mistake,you give us a wrong “size",we are sorry as we will not return your money but sure we will help you with the alteration if possible,for this case you can contact our customer service at weddingdressesselling@hotmail.com for help.
13.How to ship back my dresses?
You have to contact our customer service to get a correct address and return code first.And pls ship back by post office otherwise you will be asked for additional taxes.
14.Do I need to pay for shipping fee if I send the item back to you?
Usually, we need to see whether your order problem correspond with our return policy first. We will pay for any mistakes we make. But if it is not our fault, then we will not pay for it.
15.How can I get refund if I have alredy shipped back my dresses?
Usually, we need to check your order carefully to see whether it can match our return policy. If it matches, we will tell you how to deal with this matter by email. If we agree to refund, our customer service will email you the amount you will get.
